Dealer Council Meeting Scheduled For November

Later this month we will be hosting our annual Dealer Council meeting via the web. We rotate between onsite meetings and webinars. Dealer Council started over 20 years ago as a means to gain insight into the successes and challenges of our Dealers, while sharing with them details about how we're doing as a company. We use this time to accept their feedback (the good and the not so good) because it helps make us better. We're in this to be a better partner and supplier. We take the feedback to heart.

Current Dealer Council members are Bob Hews from the Hews Company in Portland, Maine, Bob Pieper, RBL in Minneapolis, Steve Tatone, Commercial Truck in Canada, and Ed LeSage, from EJ Equipment in the Chicago area. They are a great representation of our customer base, with a keen ear to the voice of the customer.
